"Teach us to make the most of our time, so that we may grow in wisdom." Psalm 90:12
Work has absolutely been piling in, there's so much to do, so much to learn. I really need to get it going. God, teach me to be diligent in work, for it is your hand that brought me here. Friends and co-workers at school have been extremely encouraging and fun to hang around with, i thank God for the chance to be surrounded by such intellectuals who care and are so real.
Walking with people has also proven to be more and more difficult. I've grown to love their souls more than their temporary happiness. The deeper you enter into their lives, the more you care for them, the greater the responsibility you carry for them, as a friend, confider and sister in christ. Sometimes, I do feel discouraged and at times taken for granted. I want to push through, i truely want to give a 100% to my friends, but now i hope to learn, not to desire appreciation, but let them be more of tributes to God, more than wanting it for people. The one thing i want for them, is to find the true joy of living a life in God. People to care for and encourage, God only by your love can i accomplish it. Because my own love will run out, i will get tired.
Something to be thankful for, once again, the younger ones in my cell. They are truely wonderful additions to my life, to see their innocent desires and passion for God. To see how much they value and treasure our friendships and time spent together. To see the little actions they take in expressing their commitment to God and to the cell. Lord, watch over these young ones, let them grow in you, and use me to help them reach the maximum potential they can be in their lives, in their walk with you, in their studies and in their families. :)
