Tennis every thursday is good for my mind, body and soul. In that 2 hrs, i can leave it all outside of the court, outside of my mind, outside of my whole being. I can put all my heart and energy into the ball and hit it so hard to throw out the good and bad. On the court i can be focused.
Ah wei liked the survival kit we put tgr specially for him, for once he was a man of few words, but i could tell he was genuinely touched and lost for words and we're glad.
